Key responsabilities - Use outbound selling strategies to create pipeline and find new business - Manage prospects from qualified lead to closing - Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to medium businesses. - Educate prospects through complex sales-cycles in order to create excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders - Work side by side with Sales Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to i dentify business opportunities and accelerate your existing pipeline - Consistently prospect to maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent quota attainment - Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications Qualifications: - A proven experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS is mandatory - Fluent in French and English , being able to exchange in Italian or Hebrew is a plus. - Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft - A knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC is a plus - A proactive , driven seller able to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end to end ownership for quota attainment - Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your own pipeline - Demonstrable organisational and time management skills - Competitive and driven to achieve goals , build new skills and bring new ideas on how to do things faster and better!
