What will this role bring you? - You’ll be part of an international team, working on campaigns seen by millions of people. - Expect a balance of independence and support: you’ll lead smaller projects from start to finish, while collaborating with an experienced Account Manager on larger ones. - An open and inclusive company culture where you can be yourself, and where your individuality is valued. - Access to flexibility, training opportunities, and inspiration from across the wider WPP network. What will you do? - Manage a key client - a major international company, and contribute to the strategic direction of several brands across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. - Work closely with the Account Manager and creative team to turn ideas into campaigns that deliver results. - Take ownership of smaller projects and specific workstreams within larger campaigns. - Coordinate briefs for creative teams, oversee timelines and budgets, and keep projects running smoothly. - And when unexpected challenges come up, your team will always have your back. Who are we looking for? - Someone who enjoys communication, organization, and finding solutions rather than focusing on problems. - Fluent English skills - we operate in an international environment. - The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and stay calm under pressure. - Previous experience in an agency or on the client side is a strong advantage. What's in it for you? - Work with world-class creative leaders in this office and through the VML network - 5 weeks of vacation + 1 day off each month + 3 sick days = up to 40 days off per year 🌴 - 🏠Typically in office around 4 days/week, with flexibility for 1 remote day - Meal contribution 🍽️ included in salary, plus canteen 'Krmeetko' onsite - 💪 Multisport card & subsidized entry to events like RunTour - Professional development 🎓 internal training, workshops, mentoring, plus conference budget - 🎁 Work anniversary vouchers - Beautiful, dog‑friendly offices 🐶 near Vltavská metro, featuring a cafeteria, great coffee, showers & bike parking - 🚀 Career growth opportunities across WPP #LI-EMEA #LI-Onsite We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
