What will you do? oversee daily accounting operations, including managing the general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing ensure timely and accurate processing of payments (vendor payments, taxes) and adherence to internal control standards establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective dispute resolution and favorable terms manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, forecasting, and working capital optimization ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including TDS, GST, MSME Act, and Companies Act, and coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets prepare and publish AP-related reports (e.g., cash flow forecasting, aging analysis) collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product team, sales team, collection team, Admin team) to ensure financial alignment with business operations prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to senior management, including cash flow projections and variance analysis lead initiatives to improve financial systems and processes, leveraging automation tools.
