About the Team The Canadian DoorDash Growth & Consumer team focuses on making DoorDash a more valuable and accessible part of consumers’ everyday lives. We identify opportunities to grow the business by improving affordability, strengthening the consumer experience, and solving marketplace challenges across consumers, merchants, and Dashers. Our team partners across Restaurants, New Verticals, Legal, Product, Finance, and Operations to develop strategies that support sustainable growth across Canada. About the Role The Associate Manager role is for a self-motivated, curious, and ownership-minded individual who approaches problems through a customer-first lens. You will use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities, develop strategies, and drive cross-functional execution. Your scope may include pricing and affordability, market-specific growth, consumer engagement and retention, and other high-priority strategic initiatives. Success will be measured by your ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear plans and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes. Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
