Join BLP and help make the world’s business processes autonomous! Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains. Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects. In the processes we automate, customers achieve productivity improvements of 5 to 10 times. To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies. BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth. From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America. Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard. LOCATION This is a full-time position based at our HQ in central Zurich. The BLP Academy happens in person, and so does this role: you are in the room with our clients for every cohort. YOUR MISSION You run the room. Two to three days in Zurich that set the tone for every implementation that follows. Before a project kicks off, our clients send the people who will carry it, their BLP Champions, to the BLP Academy. They learn hands-on on our platform, work through real project scenarios, and meet peers from other enterprises facing the same challenges. Across 1,300+ projects, the customer team has made the difference between a smooth and a slow implementation, so these days matter. You make them count. You welcome every participant, run and own the sessions, and set the energy in the room from the first coffee to the last evening. You bring in our BLP experts for deep dives and make sure their expertise lands. Our clients go home certified, connected and ready for their implementation, after an unforgettable few days in Zurich. And as BLP expands across Europe and North America, the Academy will grow with it, with you shaping what that looks like. That takes an unusual mix: part entertainer, part teacher, part professor, with a real curiosity for processes and AI. We care less about where you come from than about what happens when you walk into a room. You will join a fast-growing, global AI company and a team that brings real energy to everything it does. If you light up a room and make complex things simple at the same time, read on. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In the room - Host every Academy cohort in Zurich: welcome our clients, set the tone, and be their main point of contact from arrival to departure. - Lead the sessions: present, explain, and guide participants through hands-on exercises on the BLP platform. - Pace every hands-on block to the room, giving fast learners space to go deeper while making sure nobody gets left behind. - Moderate the deep-dive sessions with BLP experts and connect their content to each participant's situation. - Keep the energy high across two to three intense days, and host the evenings and everything around the program. Around each cohort - Get every participant ready before they arrive, so the Academy starts with momentum on day one. - Make sure every participant completes the BLP Champion Certification and goes home ready for their implementation. - Collect feedback and participant NPS, and make every cohort better than the last. Beyond the classroom - Bring the Academy experience to new formats as they launch, from online learning programs for our clients and certification for our implementation partners to onboarding for new BLP colleagues. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The following key attributes ensure success in this role: - Energy – You bring the room to life on day one and still have it on day three, evenings included. - Owning a Room – You lead groups with confidence, from senior client audiences to hands-on sessions, and know when to push, when to pause and when to make people laugh. - Patience and Empathy – You notice who is struggling before they say so, and you adapt the pace of a hands-on session to each participant. - Communication – You make complex topics simple and convincing, and you can tell whether a participant has really understood or is just nodding. - Credibility – You hold your own with senior experts and executives, because you think in structures and understand what you are talking about. - Curiosity for Processes and AI – You want to understand how enterprise processes run and what AI changes about them, and you learn fast. - Host Mindset – You care that every participant has a great experience, keep a multi-day program running smoothly, and notice the details that make it work. WHAT YOU BRING - You know how to lead a room, whether that’s a workshop, a training, an event or a client meeting, ideally with senior audiences. We care more about how you got that experience than where: consulting, teaching, events, tech or team leadership all count. - You’ve gained several years of professional and relevant experience, in any industry or along any path. - You’re excited about AI and how it changes the way businesses work, and you can’t wait to get to know the BLP platform inside out. - You’re fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. This is a must, because you’ll run Academy sessions in both languages, often for senior client audiences. - Proven experience designing and delivering trainings, workshops, or customer onboarding sessions yourself, ideally to business or technical audiences. - Experience with ERP systems or finance processes, workshop or event formats, or AI-driven SaaS is a plus. HOW YOU GROW As BLP grows, the Academy grows with it, and so does this role. You will be close to our clients, our experts and our leadership, which opens doors across the company as we expand. BENEFITS - High ownership environment – you own the Academy experience and shape how our clients start their BLP journey. - Impact at scale – every cohort you run shapes implementations at enterprises across Europe. - Cross-functional exposure – work with project managers, consultants, engineers, product teams and our clients daily. - Real growth – fast-paced environment, steep learning curve, and structured career progression. - Employee ownership – be part of a majority employee-owned company with a best-in-class stock option program. - Energized team – become part of a driven and collaborative group of innovators who bring energy to everything they do. - Technology exposure – be at the forefront of AI and enjoy continuous learning opportunities. - Offsites – including collaborative team offsites.
