Airtable helps organizations build the applications and workflows they need to run their most important business processes, without being constrained by off-the-shelf software. Its flexible platform combines a relational database, custom applications, automations, and AI, giving teams the building blocks to create solutions around the way they actually work. Just like Lego blocks, what our customers can build with Airtable is virtually limitless. That flexibility is why more than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, use Airtable to power critical work across their businesses. We’re builders at heart, and we’re looking for builders who want to expand what’s possible in Airtable and what the world can build with it. We sell a powerful, flexible product to organizations with very different problems, teams, and ways of working. That means the best opportunities rarely come from following a script. We need someone who finds that energising—someone curious enough to understand how a business works, persistent enough to earn a prospect’s attention, and thoughtful enough to make every interaction relevant. If you’re excited by the challenge of finding the right accounts, understanding what matters to them, and figuring out how to earn a conversation, you’ll thrive here. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, learn quickly from what works and what doesn’t, and build the skills to become an exceptional salesperson. Please note, this is a hybrid position based in the London office with the expectation of 3 days a week in office (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday). What you'll do - Run a hybrid pipeline motion: act on product-led signals early in the week, then shift into outbound prospecting for the bulk of your time. - Qualify prospects through calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn) to generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives. - Partner with AEs on our larger, more strategic accounts, shaping territory plans and outreach. - Build, test, and iterate on outbound strategies, using AI tools to work faster without losing quality. - Show up for a structured weekly coaching rhythm: pipeline and messaging review early in the week, skill-building (cold calling, qualification, objection handling) later on. - Deeply understand our customers' day-to-day pains so you can speak to them with real credibility. Who you are - You bring the will; we'll teach you the skill. Hardworking, intellectually curious, and coachable matter more to us than pedigree. - You have grit and are comfortable with volume and rejection. Outbound requires consistency, and you show up for it every day. - You’re a strong written and verbal communicator. You can tell a story that shows you understand a customer’s needs and why Airtable is relevant to them. - You're AI-fluent, or eager to get there fast. We use AI tools throughout our sales motion, and you’re excited to learn how to use them to work smarter and more effectively. - Nice to have - in a EMEA wide team - if happen to speak fluent French or German in addition to English it is useful but not a requirement. What we offer The OTE target earnings for this role are £70,000 - £74,000 (depending on experience level) based at our EMEA HQ in Borough Yards, London. We believe great work starts with feeling supported, that’s why we’ve built a benefits package designed to help you thrive both inside and outside of work. - Travel: £7,500 annual allowance to cover your commute. - Healthcare: Top-tier private medical, dental, and vision coverage through AXA, with heavily subsidised plans available for dependants. - Family planning: Up to £7,200 per year through Carrot to support your path to parenthood, plus a minimum of 16 weeks fully paid maternity or paternity leave. - Childcare: Save up to 42% per child annually through our Workplace Nursery salary sacrifice scheme. - Pension & protection: 9% company pension contribution. - Health & wellness: £150 every month to spend on whatever helps you feel your best, from fitness and mindfulness to hobbies and self-care. - Free lunch: Enjoy a varied, catered lunch every day you’re in the office. - Home office: £750 one-off allowance to create a workspace that works for you. - Time off: 25 days annual leave, plus 4 company-wide Recharge Days and additional time off between Christmas and New Year as part of our Winter Break. - Give back: 5 paid Volunteer Days each year to support causes you care about, individually or with your team.
