Location: the Philippines (Remote) Hello, we're AMBOSS and are currently looking for a full-time medical doctor to support our B2B Sales Team. WHY CAN THIS POSITION BE EXCITING FOR YOU? Have you used AMBOSS? Then you already know how much time our solution can save and how much of a difference it makes. Even if you are not a user but have completed your medical degree and are keen to actively build long-term partnerships with hospitals, this could be the job for you! Your goal would be to promote the growth of AMBOSS and help bring it to hospitals and clinics. Your contributions will directly support our mission to equip residents and physicians in APAC with the best medical knowledge for delivering exceptional care. This dynamic role offers a mix of market strategy creation, business development, and marketing, providing opportunities to embrace your entrepreneurial spirit. Most importantly, you’ll see your impact firsthand—one medical resident and one doctor at a time. About AMBOSS AMBOSS is a dynamic learning and clinical decision support tool committed to empowering physicians globally to deliver optimal care. Since our inception in 2012, we've harnessed cutting-edge technology to transform the way physicians acquire and apply scientific knowledge. Each AMBOSSian is passionate about being the champion of clinicians today - this motivates and unites us each day towards success. And what does success look like? When a clinician or med student tells us, “AMBOSS makes practicing medicine easier and enjoyable. I love what I do, and a big part is because of AMBOSS.” Meet the International Markets at AMBOSS and your future colleagues in this video https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7400130101268484097/ ⭐️ YOUR FOCUS WILL BE - Identify hospitals across APAC whose clinicians don’t yet have an AMBOSS license, and plan how to reach them with your team. Every new partner means more doctors with trusted knowledge at the point of care. - Grow our partnerships from medical schools to their affiliated teaching hospitals, so we can support doctors from student years through residency and beyond. - Talk with active users, department heads and hospital decision-makers. Understand the realities of their training and daily practice, and run needs analyses to match. - Tailor your presentations to each audience, whether that’s residents on the wards or medical education leads. - Act as the link between clinicians and our Customer Success, Sales Operations and Marketing teams, so what doctors tell you shapes what we build and offer. - Plan local projects and events with AMBOSS, such as teaching sessions and clinician meetups. Your clinical network and ideas are welcome, and there’s room to put them into practice. - Be a reliable partner to hospitals from the first conversation through a successful rollout, and keep those relationships strong after onboarding. - Work with our Data Team and Sales Operations to read usage data, spot where clinicians need more support, and act on it. - Represent AMBOSS at conferences and medical events, and build our network and brand awareness across the region. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU - A licensed medical degree from an APAC country, ideally with clinical experience. You know the daily challenges in healthcare first-hand. - Excellent English. You can explain our value to very different audiences and present your ideas clearly. - Fluency in a local language from Malaysia, Singapore or the Philippines is a big plus. - A structured, independent way of working, with strong organization and time management. You enjoy: - Meeting physicians and visiting hospitals and clinics across APAC (travel is part of the role). - Building relationships in the healthcare sector and turning them into lasting partnerships. - Learning what customers need and keeping up with what’s new in medicine and EdTech. - Seeing how digital tools can improve medical education and everyday clinical practice. *We’re looking for someone who can dedicate their full time (40 hours per week) and make a meaningful impact in medical education. BENEFITS: AMBOSSians tell us that innovative work keeps them energized and employee benefits help them to feel appreciated and empowered. We invest in every AMBOSSian with our employee benefits package, crafted to support financial, physical, and mental health, and work-life harmony. - 🧠 Learning & Development (Internal & external trainings, workshops & hackathons, AI cross-talks & seminars, Blinkist access, and more…) - ☀️ Work From Somewhere Sunny (Access to our offices in Cagliari and Cape Town, visit the HQs, Berlin in summer) Check out the full list of benefits below: https://go.amboss.com/the-amboss-prescription-remote https://go.amboss.com/the-amboss-prescription-remote We believe that diversity is a powerful driver of innovation and progress.
