Detail oriented and escalating proactively if anything is missing. - Keep the process light and current. Maintain the Notion campaign templates, the RACI and campaign pages so everyone has the information needed to succeed. - Put together all learnings and results post-campaigns together. Ensure we have inputs from all teams and stakeholders. The post-mortem is based on evidence, - Bring in market trends, competitor promotions and cultural moments to sharpen every campaign - Plan for every channel according to the calendar: Sephora, Amazon and TikTok Shop alongside our own sites, with assets, timing and price parity aligned. YOUR PROFILE - 3–5 years in advertising (account or strategy side), or in growth or campaign marketing at a D2C brand. You know how to hold others accountable and are detail oriented. - You have delivered multi-channel, multi-market campaigns on time and can show the plans behind them - You can write and judge headlines, hooks and CTAs - You work well with Brand and Creative teams, hold the commercial line without friction, and align people you don’t manage - You think in revenue, sell-through, AOV and margin, and can argue why one offer beats another - You take ownership, bring solutions and keep process light - Fluent English; a second EU language is a plus - Beauty or D2C experience is a plus WHAT WE OFFER - Dynamic Environment: The opportunity to work in a start-up environment surrounded by a passionate and dedicated team. - Accelerate Your Career: Take on responsibility from day 1, with room for professional growth and advancement as the company continues to expand. - Inspiring Workspace: Located in the heart of Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg, a dog-friendly office, with free drinks and snacks. - Hybrid Working: We understand that sometimes you get more stuff done from home and need a change of scenery. - We Value Diversity: We seek to build an inclusive workplace that welcomes people from all different backgrounds.
