What you'll do: - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients, understanding their marketing objectives and ensuring campaign success. - Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute paid-social strategies across platforms, leveraging your understanding of traffic acquisition and campaign optimization. - Performance Analysis: Monitor campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—sales, creative, and technical—to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. - Innovation & Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas that improve campaign performance. What you need for this role: - 1–3 years of experience in client solutions, account management, sales, business development, or media buying. - Hands-on experience with paid-social platforms (preferably TikTok, but Meta, Snap, X, or Reddit are also acceptable). - Understanding of effective traffic acquisition and campaign optimization. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. - Excellent communication skills in Russian and English , both internally and externally. - Positive, proactive attitude with a drive to deliver exceptional client outcomes. In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly.
