Clinical Educator WARD /Surgical T Ū RANGA THE ROLE Are you an experienced Clinical Educator who is passionate about developing others and helping teams deliver exceptional care ? In this role, you'll join a team providing education and professional growth across the hospital with a specific focus on the Ward and surgical nursing staff. You'll work closely with the Team Leader s and Quality team to deliver engaging learning programmes, grow workforce strength, and drive continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to , influence clinical practice and mak e a real difference to both staff and patient outcomes. This role is 0 .6 F TE . which will be 3 days each week. A dditional casual work on the Ward is also available.
