Got Drive? Join AnyVan as we make moving anything, anywhere miles better and build a career that moves just as fast. Back in 2009, our Chairman Angus saw half-empty vans everywhere and knew there had to be a better way! That's how AnyVan began. He set out to create the world's most efficient logistics technology and help halve the number of wasted miles by filling those empty vans. Since then we've become the nation's favourite way to move, with over 150k five-star reviews and 5 million customers in the UK and Europe. Our team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town and Bogota is proving that moving doesn't have to cost the earth by helping save 8,520 tonnes of Carbon each year. We’re looking for a French Markets Guru to own and scale AnyVan’s marketing and growth in one of our most important expansion markets. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll define and execute the French go‑to‑market strategy, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Pricing and Operations. This is a high‑impact, high‑ownership role: you’ll combine sharp strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, bringing deep local market insight and broad channel expertise to acquire customers, improve conversion and accelerate revenue growth. It’s fast‑paced, opportunity‑rich, and ideal for someone who loves building from the ground up. What you'll do: - Scale fast - Build on the playbooks from our successful Spain launch to rapidly grow France. You’ll own ambitious revenue and growth targets and move quickly to capture market opportunity. - Lead the go‑to‑market - Define priority audiences, regions and use cases. Partner with Product, Pricing and Operations to ensure strong product‑market fit and a compelling, localised proposition. - Champion the French customer - Be the voice of the French customer across the business. Ground decisions in clear customer insight and ensure every touchpoint, marketing and product, is culturally relevant and resonates locally. - Build and scale channels & partnerships - Bring together core channels (PPC, SEO, CRM, Brand, Paid Social, PR, Influencers) while developing high‑impact partnerships with marketplaces, retailers, property platforms, banks and media in France. - Test, learn and move decisively - Work closely with data science to measure impact and optimise performance, while confidently making informed decisions when data is imperfect in early‑stage growth. - Act like an owner - Be fully accountable for France’s performance. You’ll be the go‑to expert on the market, driving decisions and outcomes with an entrepreneurial, ownership mindset. What you'll bring: - A strong entrepreneurial mindset and able to make £10 feel like £100 by out‑thinking rather than out‑spending competitors. - Proven experience launching and scaling direct‑to‑consumer tech businesses in France (scale‑up experience is a plus). - Fluent French and fluent English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Broad marketing experience with hands‑on ownership of PR and influencer marketing; SEO and partnerships experience is a plus. - Strong commercial acumen: experience measuring marketing impact on revenue and confidence working directly with data. - Excellent project management skills, balancing speed, structure and execution. - The ability to collaborate, influence and gain buy‑in across multiple teams and senior stakeholders. - A proactive, hands‑on attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - An appetite to learn and be part of a two-way feedback culture. - Curiosity, adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a two‑way feedback culture. Location and Eligibility: - This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days per week based in our Hammersmith office. - We’re open to international candidates and can offer visa sponsorship for those relocating, provided they have strong, demonstrable experience working directly with the French market.
