About the team Deliveroo's Creative team is looking for a Project Manager to join our in-house Creative Studio, managing marketing and creative campaigns and projects. You'll sit within the Creative team, reporting into the PMO Lead, and join a Project Management team of five — working alongside our Creative, Campaign, Design and Creative Operation functions. About the role As a Project Manager in Deliveroo's in-house Creative Studio, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across a wide range of briefs — from restaurant and regional sprints across Europe and the Middle East to global, multi-channel campaigns. Your previous experience in project management within a creative environment will be crucial to your success, and fluency in French or Italian, in addition to English, is required as you'll directly support briefs and campaigns for these markets. What you'll do: - Own the end to end delivery of creative briefs, from smaller CRM campaigns to complex multi-market marketing campaigns including AV and TVC, plus restaurant and Europe/Middle East sprint work. - Develop comprehensive and accurate project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with strategists, creatives, designers, copywriters, artworkers, marketers and agencies, to ensure seamless workflow and project completion. - Act as the main contact for your projects, building relationships between the creative team and internal stakeholders. - Allocate and manage resources, balancing priorities, budgets, timelines and team capacity. - Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to mitigate challenges that may arise during project execution. - Provide project status updates, performance metrics, and insights to key stakeholders. - Ensure the creative team and our partner teams are aligned on project goals and milestones. - Identify opportunities for process optimisation and implement improvements to enhance team efficiency. - Motivate and guide the creative team towards achieving project goals. - Partner with our Creative AI Technologist and the wider studio to identify and adopt AI-enabled ways of working across creative production and studio operations. - Act as a key point of contact for French- and/or Italian-market briefs Requirements - Experience managing end-to-end projects within an in-house creative or creative marketing agency environment. - Experience in resource management and capacity planning either in house or within an agency - Experience working as a project manager to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns and projects. - Fluency in French or Italian (spoken and written), in addition to English — this role directly supports our French/Italian market coverage. - Experience using AI tools in a creative production context and enthusiasm for adopting new AI-enabled ways of working. - Experience creating clear project documentation and timelines. - Strong experience building relationships with internal & external teams, and confidence to motivate and challenge stakeholders and the creative team to get the best results. - Understanding of the creative process and strategies to keep creative teams working optimally. - Experience managing project budgets and optimising resources for maximum impact. - Ability to identify challenges early and implement solutions to keep projects on track. - Highly organised and able to meet deadlines without compromising quality of work. - Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g. Asana) to improve workflows and enhance team efficiency.
