The Revenue Optimization Associate serves as an indispensable co-pilot to our enterprise sales team. Operating directly in the deal flow, this role takes ownership of key commercial, security procurement, and client reporting workflows - eliminating deal friction and accelerating time-to-close. As part of the The Revenue Central Execution and Optimization team, you will support prospects and clients in evaluating the total business value generated by Feedzai’s RiskOps platform. We achieve this by aligning our platform capabilities with our clients' strategic, customer experience, and risk management agendas. Beyond pre-sale execution, RCEO ensures long-term client trust by delivering monthly usage metrics and managing annual vendor compliance assessments. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for an ambitious commercial professional or analyst who wants to sit close to active revenue generation, master value engineering, and directly influence enterprise deal velocity. Key Responsibilities Deal Execution & Security Procurement - Serve as the primary point of contact for sales reps and Solution Consultants to accelerate client security reviews, vendor assessments, and InfoSec questionnaires using AI-powered tools. - Unblock procurement hurdles by coordinating directly with Legal, Security, and Engineering to deliver complete, accurate response packages to prospects. - Assist with commercial execution, custom deal requests, and contract alignment prior to deal closing. Client Adoption & Metric Reporting - Generate and distribute automated monthly/quarterly business impact reports for clients, translating product usage data into meaningful business metrics. - Help clients and account managers track ongoing value realization post-sale to drive retention and expansion. - Oversee annual vendor assessment compliance to maintain Feedzai’s high quality and security standards. Value Engineering & ROI Modeling - Build compelling prospect Business Cases and financial ROI calculators that quantify our value proposition during live sales cycles. - Partner with Value Adoption Owner to maximize client ROI and support long-term client retention strategies.. In this role, you will collaborate daily with Sales, Solution Consultants, Value Adoption Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Managers, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to drive seamless execution across the entire customer lifecycle. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in management consulting, value selling or in analyst research roles within B2B SaaS or complex software environments - Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with financial modeling, ROI calculations, and unit economics (able to learn/backup financial business case creation). - Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), CPQ tools, and workflow automation apps. Familiarity with AI-driven document/RFP software is a strong plus. - Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment across Legal, Security, Finance, and Revenue. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional fluency in English. - Also highly valued: - Experience working in the payments space or/and fraud in financial services/merchants/ acquirers - Experience in storytelling, design thinking, customer journeys assessment - Experience working with a Saas vendor #LI-Remote | #LI-JP1 Your First 30-Days at Feedzai: You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager.
