Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) or New York City, NY (Remote) About Limina Limina https://www.getlimina.ai/en is the contextual data intelligence platform built for the AI era. Evolved from Private AI, the world's most accurate PII and PHI de-identification engine, Limina governs sensitive data across the entire enterprise AI lifecycle: classification and redaction through agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and real-time data security. Every prompt is a data transaction, and Limina governs every one of them. We deploy inside the customer's environment with no third-party data processing and produce audit-ready compliance outputs across HIPAA, GDPR, CPRA, PCI-DSS, and more. Trusted by enterprise leaders including Zurich Insurance, MUFG Bank, RBC, Intact Insurance, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Deloitte. The Role You'll join Limina's marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing. Your job is to bring more of the right people into our funnel. You'll plan, launch, and optimize the campaigns that turn privacy, security, and data leaders into engaged prospects. That includes webinars, email programs, content promotion, events, and paid channels. Our marketing function is young, so you'll get hands-on experience across every part of demand generation and see your work show up directly in the pipeline. You'll work closely with our Market Development Representative, who turns the engagement you create into conversations with sales. What You'll Do - Execute integrated campaigns from brief to launch. Build emails, landing pages, and forms, and coordinate timelines across the team. - Run our webinar program end to end: topics, speakers, promotion, registration, the live session, and follow-up. - Promote content across owned, earned, and paid channels, including email, LinkedIn, content syndication, and partner co-marketing. - Support paid media with audience building, ad copy, and performance tracking, working with any agencies or tools we use. - Grow our database with the right buyers. Build and clean target lists, manage imports, and keep segmentation accurate. - Coordinate event promotion, so prospects know we'll be there and book time with us before we arrive. - Own the logistics of our case study program. You'll source willing customers through Customer Success and Sales, schedule interviews, manage approvals, and keep the customer experience smooth from first ask to final sign-off. - Turn campaign content and case studies into assets reps can use in follow-up, adapting our existing messaging for new industries and use cases. - Build target lists and campaign materials for our ABM pilot, in partnership with the MDR. - Report on campaign performance: what's driving new leads, MQLs, and pipeline, and what isn't. Recommend where to shift effort. What We're Looking For - Experience: 0 to 2 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or a related role. Internships and campaign work count. - Execution: You ship. You can take a campaign from idea to launch on a deadline and sweat the details along the way. - Analytical mindset: You're comfortable with numbers. You look at results, figure out why something worked or didn't, and adjust. - Writing: Clear, compelling copy for emails, landing pages, and ads, adapted for technical and compliance audiences. - Tools: Familiarity with a marketing automation platform or CRM, such as HubSpot, is a plus. So is experience with LinkedIn ads. - Relationship skills: You're comfortable working with customers and internal teams, and you make people feel their time is well spent. - Technical curiosity: You're willing to learn a technical product and eager to understand data privacy, AI, and compliance. - Low ego, high ownership: You see list cleanup, form testing, and UTM tracking as part of the craft. Growth Path This role builds a strong foundation in B2B marketing, with paths into senior demand generation, ABM, marketing operations, or campaign leadership as the team grows. How Success Is Measured - Net-new leads added to the database from target segments - MQLs generated by campaigns - Webinar registration and attendance rates - Campaign conversion rates and cost per lead - Pipeline sourced and influenced by marketing programs - Case studies completed per quarter - Rep-ready assets shipped and used in deals Why Limina - Category leadership: We're the most accurate contextual data intelligence engine on the market, trusted by regulated enterprises across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and technology. - Perfect market timing: Every organization building AI is grappling with how to govern sensitive data inside it. - Real impact early: You'll help build a marketing function from the ground up, and your campaigns will show up directly in pipeline. - Competitive compensation: Base plus variable, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits.
