You Have: - 5 years of experience in Developer relations or community management, with a track record of building communities from scratch. - Proven success launching a community; ability to describe how you drove early engagement and scaled membership. - Experience establishing governance, moderation, and content programs on Slack and platforms like Discourse, or Reddit. - CS degree, equivalent software engineering experience, or a foundation in open-source development. - Familiarity with work management or automation platforms; Smartsheet experience is a plus. - Strong written communication; ability to write technical, warm, and human responses for all user levels. - Proven ability to execute a content calendar that balances evergreen education with timely challenges. - Empathy for developers; ability to celebrate wins publicly and handle sensitive feedback discreetly. - Experience working effectively cross functionally and driving alignment - Data-informed: Consistently track and use community health data to drive program improvements.
