A trade that works around your life. WSB has opportunities in the Murray Mallee for Diesel Technicians. A career in the trades is built on hard work and at WSB Distributors, we think hard work deserves to be rewarded with more than just a pay cheque. We are a family-owned agricultural machinery business that has been growing steadily for decades, and we are looking for experienced and qualified Diesel Technicians to grow with us. If you are 2-3 years out of your apprenticeship, or you have recently completed your trade with a strong record behind you, we want to hear from you. Life outside work matters here. We know that when your life outside of work is in good shape, you bring your best self to the job. That is why flexibility is not a perk you have to earn over years of service. It is baked into the culture from day one. Our team culture is close-knit and supportive, built on the understanding that looking after each other is what keeps good people around for the long term. This is a career, not just a job. WSB is a growing business, and we invest in the people who grow with us. When you join our team, you are stepping into a company where skilled technicians are valued, recognised, and given real opportunities to develop. You will work alongside experienced technicians across a broad range of AGCO hay and harvest products, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers. Previous experience with these brands is not required. What matters is that you have the skills and the mindset to learn, and we will provide everything you need to get there. WSB encourages every team member to share their knowledge, take on new challenges, and grow their skills continuously. What your days will look like Your work will be varied and hands-on. No two days are exactly the same, which keeps things interesting and keeps your skills sharp. • Diagnose and repair AGCO hay and harvest equipment, seeders, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers. • Work both in-branch and at customer sites, trusted to manage jobs independently. • Build genuine relationships with our customers — you are the face of WSB in the field. • Collaborate with your team, share what you know, and keep learning from those around you. • Take ownership of your work and contribute to the high standard of service our customers rely on. What WSB offers you We back our people with a package that reflects how much we value them. • Competitive pay rates • Training and upskilling on the job • Full uniform provided • Employee of the month recognition • Flexibility around family commitments • Annual flu vaccination • Staff discounts across the business • A close-knit, positive team culture • Genuine career development pathways • Long-term stability with a growing company What we are looking for We are focused on finding the right person, someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to invest in their career the way we will invest in them. The right attitude will always matter more to us than a perfect resume. - Trade qualified Diesel Technician, 2-3 years post-apprenticeship preferred, though recent graduates with proven ability are strongly encouraged to apply. - Experience with agricultural machinery is a bonus, not a requirement. - Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously on offsite assignments. - Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with customers. - A team player who contributes positively and supports those around them. - Automotive air conditioning licence and HC licence are advantageous but not essential, we will support the right person in obtaining these - The ability to establish strong connections with our existing customers. - You will understand the importance of team work at branch level and throughout the company.
