Our technology stack is front-end leaning (Angular, React, and pure TypeScript formats), backed by robust Node.js and Scala services. A major strategic priority for the team is expanding our capabilities by building an intelligent AI agent. This agent will empower creators inside and outside of Teads to design high-performing creatives faster through an innovative, AI-based design scoring system. You will manage and support a dedicated, distributed team of 4 frontend/full-stack engineers (3 based locally in Ljubljana and 1 in Montpellier). You will collaborate daily with a dedicated Product Manager based locally in Ljubljana, while the team's overarching technical vision is further supported by 2 Staff Engineers reporting directly to the Engineering Director.
