What You Need to Be Successful (Experience & Mindset) - 3+ Years of Proven Enterprise SaaS Sales Success: Track record of consistently producing and exceeding revenue targets within the Enterprise segment (>$100k ARR deals preferred), ideally selling sophisticated B2B software (HR Tech, MarTech, Collaboration, or Web/Cloud solutions). - Expert Stakeholder Navigation: Demonstrated experience managing complex buying committees that span Communications, HR, IT, and Finance leaders. - Strategic Account Management: Deep understanding and proven application of strategic selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDDPICC) to control and accelerate sales cycles. - Scale-Up Aptitude: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and adaptability. - Language Mastery: Fluent German (C2 level) and professional, business-proficient English skills are mandatory. - Mindset: A curious, performance-oriented Hunter mentality paired with exceptional communication, humor, and a drive to constantly innovate. What you'll get - Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan) - Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of €1560 - Recharge - with 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August - Support - we offer offering a company pension scheme - Volunteers Day - you’ll get one day off per year for supporting a social project
