HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. 🐼 WHO WE ARE You. Better. With Alan. Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost centre into their most valuable investment. We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system. By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives. We partner with 32,000+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 700K members, and have reached €500M+ in ARR. Strengthening this segment is a high priority : we are doubling down to accelerate on the foundations set this year, increasing our reach, reinforcing our offer and positioning in order to support a growing number of larger companies in France. As an Enterprise Sales & Strategy Associate, you will play a key role in helping us structure our approach to Very Large companies (> 3,000 employees). You will work closely with a team of 2 Senior Account Executives, 1 Business Developper and our Business Segment Lead, supporting them with closing deals and driving various growth-related projects. You will be responsible for: - Deal support: partnering with Account Executives on their deal strategy, account mapping, meeting preparation and pitch presentations in order to tailor our approach. - Prospecting Support: Collaborating with Business Developers and Account Executives to build and deploy targeted prospecting strategies through account mapping, lead qualification, C-Level outreach, cold-calling and nurturing campaigns. - Tender management and RFP (Request for Purchase) Library: orchestrating tender answers with a dedicated taskforce (ops, marketing, pre-sales, sales, top management), with ownership of specific sections and content to build. Ideal to shape project management skills! - Networking & Brand Awareness: identifying events to participate to and personas to meet for our Founders and Senior Execs to make Alan more visible among decision-makers - Process Scaling: auditing existing sales processes (CRM, minutes of meeting automation, meeting prep framework….), identifying and implementing improvement areas - Go to Market Strategy: along with the crew lead or the Business Segment Lead, opportunity to dig deeper into a topic to crack (Unions market in France, brokers market…) ⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR? You would be a great fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you: - Are fully fluent in French & English (written and spoken) - Are analytical and think strategically : selling to very large accounts asks for the ability to map organizations to find the best interlocutor and have a clear picture of our positioning on the health insurance market - Have a strong business sense: bringing a disruptive vision on a conventional market such as health insurance is hard. It requires the ability to convince high level stakeholders and be able to outline our product's impact at a strategic level. - Are self-organized and autonomous: you are well-versed in missions requiring precision and reliability. You are able to manage a project from start to finish with minimal external assistance. - Communicate effectively: given the number of internal stakeholders with whom Very Large Sales interact on a daily basis, the ability to communicate with clarity is essential. - Display a growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow and take the best of this experience to set you up for success in your early professional life. - Excel at teamwork: given the strategic implications of our Very Large business segment, volume and timeline of work, you have the ability to lead transversal initiatives towards a particular objective. - Show versatility: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another - Have a strong product and “Tech” sense: Alan is an innovative company offering the most high-end healthcare software on the market. In order to thrive in selling it, you need to enjoy deep diving in the technical dimension of the software industry. Level considered for this position is between A0 and A2. We're looking for someone to start in January 2027, ideally for a 6-month internship. 🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees.
