TransferGo is a growing fintech scale-up on a mission to champion financial freedom with care. We strive to provide tailored, more affordable financial services that make people's hard-earned money go further. Now in our 14th year, with close to 400 employees in offices across Europe and the UK, we’re crafting a brilliant, relevant product that makes a difference in people's lives and the well-being of their families. We’ve come this far by building a talented, diverse workforce on a fair culture and our strong values. Having this strong team of employees, we can serve those who really need our product to make their lives better. Role Overview: The CEO Office keeps TransferGo's leadership running smoothly. We give our C-suite of 9 the organisation, structure and support they need, so they can focus on building better financial services for our migrant customers. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role is a great foundation for growing into senior administrative, governance or leadership roles at TransferGo. This isn't a rigid 9-to-5 role. We aim to get everything done within working hours. During busy periods and special projects, though, you may need to work extra hours, so flexibility and good judgement are key. What You'll do: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief of Staff, managing various tasks and projects. - Manage complex calendars for C-level leaders, including meetings, activities and events. - Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes at leadership and board meetings, then track actions and decisions until they're done. - Manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, adapting to last-minute changes. - Draft, proofread and circulate letters, reports and other documents to a high standard. - Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders. - Handle important company documents, ensuring they are circulated for signatures and appropriately filed. - Support special projects and ad hoc events, ensuring high standards of organization and execution. - Find ways to improve and streamline executive scheduling and admin processes. - Solve problems as they come up, independently and efficiently. What You'll bring: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, supporting C-suite or senior management. - Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage several calendars at once. - Experience taking minutes, ideally for board or governance meetings. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail. - Discretion and diplomacy when handling sensitive and confidential information. - Proficient in coordinating complex travel arrangements and adapting to changes quickly. - Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - A proactive, independent, solution-focused mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. We believe that empowering people makes for a happier and more effective workforce. This means we enable anyone who wants to pursue initiatives that deliver real value for our migrant customers. What We Offer: - Competitive Salary: Starting from 2580 - 3880€ (gross) per month, depending on experience. We’re open to discussing based on your experience and potential. - Comprehensive Benefits: Including a generous holiday allowance, competitive healthcare insurance, and a wellbeing package from day one. - Annual Development Budget: €1,000 to invest in your personal and professional growth. - Hybrid Working Environment: Flexibility to work from home and in the office, with most team members in the office two days a week. - Pet-Friendly Office: If you’re near one of our offices, bring your furry friend along! - Inclusive Culture: Regular in-person events, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration. - Empowerment and Ownership: We believe in empowering our people to take initiative and drive meaningful change.
