Your Impact Tacto is the category leader for procurement in DACH manufacturing. We have strong product-market fit, a proven playbook, and now we're taking it into the rest of Europe. Benelux is one of our first markets. The Netherlands and Belgium hold a dense base of high-tech and industrial manufacturers, and the category is still wide open there. That's where you come in. You take the region and build it from the ground up. You research the market, find what resonates, and win the first customers and reference logos that everything else builds on. What you learn becomes the blueprint for how Tacto grows Benelux from there. A real greenfield, with the freedom to shape how Tacto wins in your market. You're not starting alone. A stellar expansion team is your sparring partner, and proven sales assets and a tested approach from DACH are your foundation. This is a highly strategic GTM role where you work hands-on to close the first deals and set the base for everything that comes afterwards. You're based with us in Munich and travel into your market. Your Tasks - Open up Benelux end to end: sharpen the ICP for Dutch and Belgian manufacturing, define target accounts, win the first deals and lay the foundation for the region's growth - Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, potential analysis on real ERP data, ROI business case, closing - Work hand in hand with the expansion team and develop the outbound playbook for your market: messaging, sequences, segments, channels - Coordinate the marketing activities in your market so they generate pipeline - Feed structured insight back to Product, Marketing and Leadership, and shape how Tacto expands internationally Your Profile - Several years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with complex or technical products and multi-stakeholder buying processes - An entrepreneurial mindset above all: you want to build and own a market result, explore what works, and figure out the motion when the local one doesn't exist yet - Hands-on and self-driven: you go to market proactively and drive your own pipeline. You've carried a number before and know what it takes to hit it without a machine behind you - You grasp complex products and sell value over features, translating technical depth into business impact - Fluent, business-level English. Dutch is a strong plus, French an advantage for the Belgian market. We hire for mindset and ability, not origin or native language - You're based in Munich or ready to relocate. This is an on-site role - you build Benelux from our Munich office and travel into the market Who Thrives Here You run your market like a founder runs a company. You're a hunter, hands-on to the core: you send the first cold emails, run the first discoveries, and do the early, unglamorous work where real traction is won. You go through the mud and build as you go, turning what works into a system the next person can run. And you think beyond the next deal. You're not just winning customers, you're laying Tacto's foundation in your region: externally through brand, network, and reference logos, and internally through the playbook and the case for the market. Interview Process 1. Intro call with our Chief of Staff 2. Deep dive with our Head of Revenue 3. Get-to-know call with the AE you'd be working alongside 4. Onsite interview incl. case study and team meetings OUR BACKGROUND Tacto is building the intelligence layer that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing, starting with procurement. AI is transforming every industry, but it stops at the factory gate. The knowledge that holds manufacturing together - part costs, suppliers, materials - is scattered across systems and people. Over 50% of a product's cost originates from suppliers, making procurement the single largest cost lever in manufacturing and the missing connection between the digital and the physical world. Yet it still runs on Excel and legacy systems. We're changing that with our Procurement Intelligence Platform, trusted by hundreds of companies running billions of Euros of material. Based in Munich, we are 100+ passionate builders who are in-office, with high expectations, fast growth, and a lot of fun. We are supported by >€50m from Sequoia, Index, and Europe's leading tech entrepreneurs and industry veterans. WHY IT MATTERS Manufacturing forms Europe's economic backbone, driving a fourth of Europe's GDP and providing over 30% of jobs. These hidden champions and global market leaders manufacture the physical world around us, from the machines that build our cities to the medical devices that save lives. But the world is changing. The US dominates the digital world of bits. China is scaling the world of atoms, manufacturing at unprecedented speed and scale. Geopolitics are more uncertain than ever. Europe's strength lies in its deep industrial knowledge through generations of engineering. Manufacturing worldwide runs on European machines and software. But that heritage is only an advantage if we leverage it in the age of AI. Tacto builds the AI that connects Atoms and Bits, empowering our Industrial Base to Stay Stronger and building a lighthouse for European tech. WHAT WE OFFER The people at Tacto are passionate about building the organization, growing themselves, and our product while having fun and being real. You'll grow at the forefront of AI, have real ownership and impact, and be surrounded by the best people in their field who challenge you and make you better every day. That is demanding and rewarding, but that's where we thrive.
