Today, 2,000+ facilities trust voize, and over 200,000 users rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload. 💡 YOUR MISSION: OWN THE TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR USERS IN FRANCE As our Founding Customer Training Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling the training program for our expansion into France. You'll inherit a proven methodology from the German market and adapt it for French healthcare facilities. You will motivate and engage groups of 10-15 caregivers, empowering them to embrace the technology and improve their documentation workflow. 🚀 YOUR DAILY BUSINESS - NO TWO DAYS ARE ALIKE - Lead in-person training sessions for new customer deployments, training groups of healthcare providers in French-speaking regions. - Refine training materials and playbooks for the French market and for individual customers as needed. - Travel to customer sites (estimated 2-3 weeks per month, depending on deployment schedule) to deliver on-site training and support go-live activities across France. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and our German training team to optimize training approach and share insights. - Measure and report on training effectiveness, using adoption metrics and feedback to continuously improve our approach. - Ensure compliance with French healthcare regulations and documentation requirements (GDPR, standards, etc.). 🤝 YOUR SKILLSET - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE - 3+ years in training, onboarding, or customer enablement in B2B, ideally healthcare or another technical environment - and you have built a program from scratch, not just delivered one - Proven track record designing and delivering in-person training to non-technical and mixed-ability audiences - Business fluent level of French (C2 or bilingual) including regional and cultural nuance, plus working English for the international team - You use adoption metrics and feedback to sharpen your approach, and you can work around legacy EHRs and limited IT infrastructure 🌱 GROWING TOGETHER – WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT VOIZE - Become a co-creator of our success with virtual stock options. - France-based opportunity.
