Additional experience that would be an advantage includes: - Building features with LLM APIs or AI-agent workflows. - Experience with Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, Phoenix LiveView, Node.js with Express, or GraphQL. - Familiarity with multi-tenant B2B platforms, multi-region architectures, and observability tools such as AppSignal, Sentry, or Datadog. - Exposure to SOC 2 requirements and related security or compliance practices. Benefits: - Fully remote work, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. - Competitive monthly salary package. - Equity participation and qiibee tokens (QBX), providing an opportunity to share in the company's success. - A fast-paced, international startup environment. - Opportunities to work with AI-powered development workflows and contribute to an evolving, AI-first organization. - A collaborative environment that encourages ownership, continuous learning, professional growth, and meaningful technical challenges.
