GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER RETIRE THE ERP Light exists to replace factory-era ERPs with software that feels alive. Our Smart Financial Platform gives modern, global companies superpowers - automated accounting, real-time reporting, and financial flows that move at the speed of the business. We build with our customers, ship fast, and obsess over craft. In a short time, Light has gone from idea to the operating core for leading companies like Lovable, Legora, and Fuse Energy. We're an early team defining a new software category. Think engineers who love debits and credits, designers who care about reconciliation states, and operators who treat finance as a product. If you're excited to modernise how companies run money, you're in the right place. Backed by world-class investors including Balderton and Atomico and advised by industry titans, we're building category-defining products with the freedom to ship ambitiously and own outcomes. Come help us make Light the global default for next-gen finance. FINANCE DESERVES BETTER Finance teams at fast-growing companies run global, real-time businesses on a patchwork of legacy ERPs and point solutions. Every new entity, market or tool adds another system to stitch together and another hire to keep the numbers reconciled. Light gives them a way out. We build the finance solution that lets finance teams have it all, through three parts that work as one: - Our ledger records every transaction across every entity in real time, so the numbers hold up from day one. - Our apps adapt Light to how each business runs, from procurement to billing to reporting. - Our agents operate the repetitive work that used to need another hire, so finance teams spend their time on the decisions that matter. We take on the ERP and the legacy point solution world with something fast to implement, AI-native from the ground up, and better the more you use it. Today we run the finance function for companies like Lovable, Legora and Keyshot, with backing from Atomico, Balderton, Seedcamp, Cherry and Entrée, and teams across Copenhagen, London and Stockholm, with remotes world over. THE ROLE We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growth team and open up the channels we haven't really touched yet. We've built a lean, efficient demand generation engine on the core paid channels you'd expect at a Series A B2B company, with Google Ads and LinkedIn doing the heavy lifting. It works, and it fills our pipeline every month. Now we want to find the next sources of pipeline, and we need someone who knows how to build them from scratch. You'll work alongside our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, VP Marketing and the wider marketing team, with the freedom to test, learn and scale the channels that move the number. You'll sit close to sales, product and design, and you'll own the results of everything you launch. We may hire more than one person through this process, so if you go deep on some of these channels rather than all of them, we still want to hear from you. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Building a referral programme that turns happy customers, partners and finance leaders into a steady source of pipeline. - Running G2 and Capterra campaigns that put Light in front of buyers at the moment they compare options, and turning our reviews into proof across every channel. - Launching and scaling Meta Ads for B2B, testing creative and audiences until you find what drives qualified pipeline. - Finding the creators and influencers finance teams follow, writing briefs that land and scaling their content into campaigns that drive pipeline. - Growing our presence across search and AI answer engines, so that when a finance leader asks Google or ChatGPT about ERP alternatives, Light shows up. - Setting up measurement for each new channel with RevOps, so we know what every dollar returns. - Sharing what you learn with the team, doubling down on what works and cutting what doesn't. WHAT WE THINK* YOU'LL NEED - Enough years in growth to know how to take a channel from zero to pipeline at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. - Hands-on experience across referrals, review sites, Meta Ads, influencer marketing or SEO and GEO. We don't expect you to master all five, so show us where you go deep. - A test-and-learn mindset, with the discipline to measure every experiment against pipeline and revenue. - Comfort with numbers and tools, from ad platforms to HubSpot to spreadsheets. - An eye for creative and a feel for what makes finance people stop scrolling. - Deep curiosity about how AI is reshaping marketing, finance and the companies we serve. - A can-do, empathetic and collaborative spirit. No brilliant assholes here, please. *If the core of the role sounds compelling but you don't tick every box, we'd still love for you to reach out and convince us you're the right person. THE GOOD STUFF - A five-day, in-office culture with a high-density team in Copenhagen. - A competitive salary and potential stock options. - 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays in the country where you're based. - Regular socials and two company offsites a year. - The chance to build new growth channels from the ground up at a company defining a new category. Light is an equal opportunity employer. THE FAMOUS LAST WORDS We've proven the core of our growth engine works. Now we want to see how far it can go, and we want you to build the parts we haven't tried yet. If you love starting channels from scratch and watching them turn into pipeline, let's talk.
