The role is responsible for leading, stabilising and elevating Framm's KYC and AML delivery - owning the day-to-day people leadership of a 10-person team, and ensuring the function operates with clear priorities, strong execution discipline and appropriate governance against Inpay A/S's regulatory obligations and commercial needs. As a member of extended leadership team, the Head of Financial Crime Prevention represents the function in cross-organisational forums with Inpay A/S and contributes to broader business planning, without holding executive authority. The role is critical to strengthening operational performance, reducing backlog, improving transparency, and driving KYC & AML service delivery towards a sustainable, scalable operating model as Framm moves into a phase of operational excellence. Lead and develop the Financial Crime Prevention team Take full day-to-day people leadership responsibility for a team of 10 across KYC and AML operations within Framm Create structure, clarity and direction in a business-critical, currently under-led area Build trust, accountability and a stronger performance culture within the team Set clear roles, responsibilities and ways of working across KYC and AML Coach, develop and grow team members; own recruitment, onboarding and performance management for the team As a member of Framm's extended leadership team, represent KYC & AML priorities and constraints in leadership discussions and in engagement with Inpay A/S 2. Drive operational execution and excellence Own the transition of the KYC & AML function towards operational excellence: consistent SLAs, KPIs and a clear operating cadence for service delivery to Inpay A/S Establish clear priorities and ensure disciplined follow-through across the team Remove existing backlog and improve turnaround times against agreed service levels Monitor team capacity, workload balancing and case progression Introduce simple but effective rhythms for tracking delivery, surfacing bottlenecks and managing risk, with visibility for Inpay A/S stakeholders 3. Strengthen KYC & AML processes and governance Review and improve KYC and AML workflows, handovers and escalation paths, including CDD/ODD/EDD/EDR and ongoing monitoring Ensure processes are fit for purpose, scalable and aligned with Inpay A/S's regulatory requirements Improve documentation, transparency and management reporting to Inpay A/S Own and maintain the service governance model between Framm and Inpay A/S — including the service agreement/SLAs, escalation paths, and regular service review with Compliance and the MLRO Ensure clear separation of accountability: Framm delivers the operational service; Inpay A/S (Compliance/MLRO) retains regulatory ownership and oversight 4. Support risk management and regulatory readiness Ensure KYC and AML service delivery is conducted in a controlled, risk-aware manner that meets Inpay A/S's regulatory obligations Escalate material issues, bottlenecks and risks to Inpay A/S's Compliance function and the MLRO in a timely and transparent way Work closely with the MLRO and Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into Framm's operational processes, and to provide the MI/reporting needed for their oversight of the outsourced/intra-group service Contribute to strengthening the overall control environment across the Framm–Inpay A/S service relationship 5. Build a sustainable team and operating model Assess current team structure, capabilities and ways of working across KYC and AML within Framm Identify capability gaps, resource needs and development opportunities (including specialist areas such as crypto and complex corporate clients) Lead recruitment, onboarding and capability building for the team Define a target operating model for a more efficient and resilient KYC & AML service, fit for Inpay A/S's regulatory needs and growth Your profile We are looking for a strong operational people leader who can combine structure, execution and genuine team leadership in a complex, high-pressure, regulated service-delivery environment.
