You would be joining a rocketship and have the product support to succeed. Who we’re looking for We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to help us scale our efforts in the European market and forge creative, win-win partnerships with the best companies in the space. Vio is in a position every exceptional sales leader can appreciate: an outstanding product, and a partner solutions team that works hand-in-hand with the product team — making partnerships faster to launch and easier to scale. The challenge? We're still building brand recognition in Europe. Opening doors is the first hurdle; finding the right fit and scaling what works is the next. We need an exceptional business leader who is fluent in travel distribution — someone who instantly understands how metasearch works, how OTAs differ from one another, and which types of API integrations different partners would benefit from. At the same time, this role is largely about selling outside of the travel industry: targeting general-purpose tech and e-commerce companies that have travel reach but no product of their own. That requires both a strong network in the broader tech space and the ability to rapidly build new connections. What you will do - Drive new business by introducing Vio's suite of solutions to tech and e-commerce partners across Europe. - Take ownership of our existing prospects pipeline and convert prospects into active, long-term partners. - Uncover new use cases and solutions by listening closely to partner needs, and work cross-functionally to shape what we build next. Who you are - A travel industry veteran with experience in accommodation marketplaces — either OTAs or metasearch — or flight distribution. - A self-starter motivated by commercial success and long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. You have strong skills across tech, data, and legal that allow you to drive most deals to closure independently. Why join us now? - Vio is an exceptional innovator in the accommodation booking space, using modern technology and a customer centric approach to innovate in ways few can. Bringing our platform to Millions of new users increases the competitiveness of the travel market and raises the bar. - In early 2027 we are introducing our bookable API: a modern OTA offering that is built atop of our UX, Product, Supply and customer facing infrastructure and enables partners to build a customised and exceptional experience with little investment, using advances in AI and Vio’s unique market position. - Our partner solutions unit has seen great growth in 2026 and is now Vio’s strategy driver. It is an exciting time to join as we mature our offerings and broaden the partnership base. - We reward our employees for the value they create by granting Stock Appreciation Rights https://medium.com/viodotcom/why-findhotel-offers-share-appreciation-rights-sar-1b688867d8c4 to all employees. What we offer - Plenty of chances to learn and grow within an open, diverse culture that promotes knowledge sharing, trust, and transparency. - A great compensation package, perks, and benefits – including significant stock appreciation rights. - Flexible time off, with as many holidays as you need, and a chance to work remotely. - You’ll be part of an international team https://medium.com/viodotcom/2021-our-people-in-numbers-b72145c3fa9b in one of the best office locations in Amsterdam - We value good food and offer catered lunches from various cuisines, great coffee, and the occasional barbecue in our garden. - We enjoy getting together to celebrate our wins, with company events in Amsterdam and abroad. - A budget for your home office - Access to free mental health support via OpenUp https://openup.com/ - We encourage people from all ethnic groups, genders, sexualities, ages, and abilities to apply. If this job description resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you. Please note: Although this role can be remote , we prefer candidates based in EMEA zones. The alternative are candidates who know this geographical market extremely well and able to work in these time zones. 📖 Blog posts worth reading - Our Core Values and What they Mean to our People https://medium.com/viotdotcom/our-core-values-and-what-they-mean-to-our-people-2880e69413c1 - Re-Imagining Metasearch for Traveling https://medium.com/@viodotcom1/vio-com-reimagining-metasearch-for-travelers-aa41548eebee Follow us on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/lifeatviodotcom/ and TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@vio.com.travel to see what life at Vio looks like.
