Intermediate Construction Surveyor Outcome Consultants Inc. Can you see yourself here? Outcome Consultants provides environmental and construction support services to a variety of clients in the government, construction, and mining industries. Since we started in 2012, our company has expanded over 20% each year and this has included a growing demand for construction survey services. If you are a qualified surveyor (see Required Qualifications below) and you are looking for a company that will mentor and generously reward you as you grow its survey division, Outcome is the right place for you.
