ABOUT HEXA Hexa https://www.hexa.com/ (formerly eFounders) gives entrepreneurs the best chances to build outstanding companies. We are a pioneering, world-leading startup studio born in Europe that designs, builds and launches category-defining startups. We are today recognized as one of the best venture studios in the world, with a track record comparable to tier-1 VC funds. We have created 60+ companies (including 3 unicorns) with a combined valuation of over $5 billion among them Aircall, Spendesk, Front, Swan and Yousign. We are passionate about B2B software, particularly AI-native and agentic SaaS, fintech, climate tech, defense tech and healthtech. Hexa is in full growth mode, with three early-stage activities: our Ventures programs Hexa Start and Hexa Sprint which help entrepreneurs go from zero to one, and a PE program, Hexa Scale, which takes majority stakes in existing startups and pushes them to new thresholds. HEXA SCALE Today, successful software companies have two ways to support and finance their growth: the VC path, and the self-financed profitable path. For software companies that can’t or do not want to bootstrap, but haven’t managed to stay permanently on hyper-growth, the VC path is a dead-end. At Hexa Scale, we’re on a mission to solve this: offer a new alternative to fund and scale software companies towards exponential growth. We believe that there are great software companies, still early stages in the 2-10m€ ARR range, that sit on amazing markets with a great product, but that require a few changes to unlock their potential. We believe that by providing them with capital and strong operational leverage, we can put them on the right trajectory, towards category-leading exponential growth.
