We are HYPERMUSE HYPERMUSE Studio is Dulcedo Group’s AI Image & Video studio, built to extend what our talent, creators, and brand partners can achieve when human vision is amplified by the best emerging technology.   Born from Dulcedo’s leadership at every major industry shift, HYPERMUSE is designed to deliver high-end, campaign-ready content with the speed and flexibility of AI - without compromising the values that define our business: consent, fairness, creative integrity, and trust. We don’t treat AI as a shortcut. We treat it as a new production advantage that is carefully directed, ethically structured, and built to protect the long-term value of the talent economy.   Our studio exists to solve real commercial problems for brands - unlocking new formats, new creative worlds, and new efficiencies - while ensuring that digital likeness and AI-generated assets are managed with rigorous standards. Every deliverable is shaped by experienced creative leaders and producers, because at Dulcedo, technology doesn’t replace taste. It scales it. The Role At A Glance HYPERMUSE creates original characters, worlds, and stories with engaged audiences behind them. We’re looking for the person who will turn those audiences into a business. As IP Growth & Monetization Strategist, you’ll own the commercial strategy for our IP portfolio: spotting revenue opportunities across merchandise, memberships, digital products, platform monetization, and e-commerce, deciding what to prioritize, and owning the results. You’ll set the strategy and our Senior Project Manager will coordinate execution with our teams and partners, so your ideas have a clear path to market. Social growth and content strategy stay central to the role, because an audience that isn’t growing can’t be monetized. You’ve done this before, on accounts you can name, with numbers you can show. If you understand how a fan becomes a customer, and a customer becomes recurring revenue, we’d like to talk. Your Role In Action - Identify commercial opportunities across HyperMuse’s IPs, develop and coordinate monetization strategies, and oversee their execution in close partnership with the Senior Project Manager. - Own the promotion and marketing of each IP’s monetization streams beyond brand deals: memberships/Patreon, merch, digital products, YouTube Partner Program, e-commerce, and licensing opportunities. - Build and run the promotional calendar for every monetized offer: launches, drops, limited runs, and seasonal pushes, coordinated across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Lead the marketing strategy for product launches, from pre-launch buzz to post-launch analysis. - Integrate product, membership, and offer calls-to-action into the content plan in a way that stays native to the IP’s voice and does not dilute its entertainment value. - Own and optimize the conversion surfaces, including link-in-bio, media kit, storefront, and membership pages, so they stay current, on-brand, and built to convert. - Develop fan-to-customer journeys (newsletter management, community touchpoints, email/SMS capture, retention loops) that turn audience into recurring revenue. - Track revenue, conversion, and audience-to-buyer performance per stream, and recommend what to scale, pause, or sunset. - Own the content strategy for HyperMuse’s established IP accounts, from positioning to day-to-day execution across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Translate characters, worlds, and storylines into content people share, and test hooks, formats, and storytelling structures on an ongoing basis. - Track trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments, and act on them while they still matter. - Write clear creative briefs for HyperMuse’s production team and keep each IP moving without waiting on a large support structure. - Bring commercial and content thinking to HyperMuse’s represented AI artists and third-party IPs. What You’re Bringing With You - You have 3+ years in creator economy, social media, or digital marketing roles, with a proven record of monetizing an audience. You’ve launched memberships, merch, or digital products, and you can walk us through what they earned. - You’ve worked at an agency, a creator-led business, a DTC or e-commerce brand, or a social-native media company. - You understand the platform monetization landscape: YouTube Partner Program, Patreon and membership tools, Shopify and merch platforms, affiliate and licensing models. - You have a deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms, trends, and culture. - You read performance data fluently, from engagement to conversion to revenue, and you turn it into decisions. - You have experience with email marketing or newsletter tools and with launch or go-to-market campaigns. - You pair strong creative instincts with a commercial mindset. You know when a call-to-action helps an IP and when it cheapens it. - You take a hands-on approach, preferring to build and ship rather than manage from a distance. - You’re highly online, naturally curious, and plugged into emerging formats and internet culture. - AI fluency is an asset, but commercial and content expertise comes first. - You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. - You have examples of accounts or offers you’ve grown and monetized, with results, ready to share. Soft Skills & HYPERMUSE DNA - At HYPERMUSE, we look for more than just a CV -  we look for energy. - You’re known for your initiative, curiosity, and genuine drive to make things happen. - Your positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and the way you uplift those around you are contagious. - You thrive on new challenges, stay calm under pressure, and love the pace and excitement of a dynamic environment. - You’re a true self-starter - passionate, gritty, and goal-oriented, someone who loves having projects, challenges, and milestones to work toward. - In short, you’re driven, creative, and structured, someone who knows how to balance discipline, fun, and performance - 3 core pillars of Dulcedo’s culture.
