Who are you: - Significant experience in data analysis (typically 5+ years), with a track record of work that made a measurable difference. - You know SQL inside out, you've worked with GCP or another cloud data warehouse, and you've built tools others use every day. - Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your work, and helping others use them well. - You enjoy working together with business teams and understanding how they think. - Experience coaching or mentoring other analysts, formally or informally. - It's a bonus if you have insurance experience, or have used Power BI, dbt or Python.
