Align schedules with Procurement, Production and Project Managers to keep project execution on time. - Shipment and customs coordination: Handle domestic and international shipments together with the Shipping Coordinator. Manage required export and customs documentation with external compliance agencies. - Data and system maintenance: Maintain accurate operational data within our ERP system. Distribute logistics reports and track key KPIs to drive continuous improvement. - Stakeholder and partner alignment: Act as the central link between the Warehouse, internal teams and external logistics suppliers. Communicate scheduling updates clearly and escalate delivery risks before they cause delays.
