Strategy & Operations Manager – Glance TV Experience: 5 to 7 years We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Strategy & Operations Lead to support the growth of Glance TV across markets. This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Content, Ads Monetization, Finance, and Analytics teams to drive business insights, execution, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Drive business analysis and generate insights across engagement, monetization, ad experience, and product performance. - Own monitoring and reporting of internal and external dashboards; proactively identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations. - Work closely with Ads, Analytics, and Finance teams on performance tracking, forecasting, and business planning. - Leverage analytical tools (e.g., Power BI) to build reports, uncover insights, and build business models. - Own cross-functional execution and ensure timelines are met across internal and external deliverables. - Build executive presentations, business updates, pitches, and strategic collaterals for internal and external stakeholders. - Coordinate and drive alignment across global teams in India, US, Japan, and future markets. Who We’re Looking For - Experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Analytics, Consulting, Product Strategy, or related roles. - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with experience deriving insights from data. - Hands-on experience with analytical and dashboarding tools such as Power BI/Databricks and monitoring business performance dashboards. - Experience working with Ads, Monetization, Analytics, and Finance stakeholders. - Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to convert data into clear business narratives. - Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environments. Preferred: Experience in consumer tech, media, ad-tech, OTT/CTV, or digital platforms.
