About the company At Nuitée, we are building the API backbone for the global travel industry. Founded in 2017, Nuitée is on a mission to transform a fragmented travel ecosystem with simple, scalable, and API-first infrastructure—think “Stripe for Travel.” By enabling seamless connectivity between hotels, OTAs, fintechs, super-apps, and businesses, some of which are entering the travel market for the first time, Nuitée empowers companies to deliver reliable travel products effortlessly. Our robust platform simplifies complex supplier networks, offering direct access to hotel inventory with better pricing, coverage, and technology. With teams across the globe, including hubs in London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca and Casablanca, Nuitée has grown into a global infrastructure provider trusted by industry leaders like Hopper, Priceline, Google, and Uber. Now backed by leading VCs and world-class investors including leaders from Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, Nuitée is positioned to redefine the B2B travel market, streamline operations for hotels, and enable new applications through cutting-edge APIs. Nuitée is at the forefront of a revolution—delivering AI-powered, smarter, and more personalized travel experiences for a new era. About the role: Based in Paris, France (Remote) Put your commercial judgment and analysis behind the growth of an entire hotel market. Nuitée is growing its direct relationships with hotels across Europe, and France & Benelux are ready for someone to take full ownership of it. As Market Manager, you'll be the go-to person for every hotel in your portfolio. You'll set the commercial strategy, get pricing and promotions right, and make sure each property is fully live and performing at its best. You'll work hand in hand with hotel revenue managers, GMs and cluster teams, using Nuitée's dashboards to spot opportunities early and turn them into results. This isn't a mature book with limited upside. It's a hands-on, high-ownership role where you shape the market, with real autonomy to run your portfolio the way you think is best. What makes it interesting for you: - You build and grow your own portfolio instead of maintaining someone else's, so your impact is fast and visible - You decide the commercial strategy for every hotel you manage: pricing, promotions, restrictions and room-type coverage - You deal directly with hotel revenue managers and GMs, with nobody between you and the decision - Nuitée just rebuilt its hotel extranet from the ground up, so you'll have sharper pricing and promotion tools than most account managers get elsewhere - The APAC team is scaling, with room to grow into a senior or multi-market role across the region Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, stayed profitable the entire time, and raised a $48M Series A led by Accel. Demand partners like Grab and Priceline already send bookings through Nuitée's platform, and direct supply, the inventory you'd own, is a growing priority for where that demand gets filled. The kind of problems you'll work on: - How do you get a newly contracted hotel live, fully distributed and producing bookings, fast? - What's actually stopping a specific hotel from winning more business: price, availability, restrictions, or something technical? - How do you negotiate pricing and promotions that make a hotel genuinely competitive? - How do you turn a quarterly business review into a plan a hotel actually acts on? - How do you turn a dashboard full of data into the three things worth fixing today? This role fits you if you: - Have 5+ years in hotel account management, revenue management or market management, ideally at an OTA or bed bank - Understand B2B hotel distribution, its competitors, and how commercial terms affect performance. - Live comfortably in dashboards and turns data into action instead of just tracking it - Can sit across from a hotel revenue manager or GM and negotiate real pricing and promotion improvements - Build pipeline and strategy on your own initiative, without waiting for leads or scripts - Speak fluent French and professional English, and know the French/Benelux hotel landscape - Have worked independently in a fast-moving environment. Revenue-management experience is a plus. Working style and culture Nuitée moves quickly, has little process, and gives people a lot of room to make decisions. You’ll do well here if ambiguity does not slow you down, you like going deep into difficult problems, and you want to be accountable for what your work actually delivers. If this sounds like your kind of market management role, we’d love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The interview process includes a recruiter conversation, a team interview, a cross-team conversation, and a final hiring-manager interview. Why Nuitee?
