As a Marketing Analyst (all genders), you'll become the single point of accountability for how Lucanet's marketing team measures its own performance and manages its money, building the reporting that gives leadership one clear picture across every function. You'll sit at the center of a 30+ person marketing team spanning brand, demand generation, content, product marketing, events, and communications, partnering closely with RevOps to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. You'll report into the Marketing leadership team. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them. What you'll do: - Build and maintain a unified performance view across all marketing disciplines, consolidating fragmented reporting into one source of truth. - Proactively analyze marketing data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend what to do about them. - Lead the annual and quarterly budget-setting process across all marketing sub-teams. - Manage ongoing budget tracking and governance, reconciling spend with Finance and holding function leads accountable. - Track vendor contracts, renewals, and invoices across the martech stack with the Accounting team. - Design and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. - Act as the analytical thought partner to marketing leadership, translating data into decisions on investment and prioritization. What you bring: You have: - Owned a budget process end to end (forecasting, allocation, tracking), including reconciling actuals with Finance. - Built a unified performance view across multiple marketing functions, replacing fragmented reporting with a single source of truth for leadership. - Partnered with RevOps, sales operations, or finance teams, connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. - Proactively surfaced trends and risks in data and recommended next steps, without waiting to be asked. - Distilled complex data into clear recommendations for non-analytical stakeholders. It's a plus if you also have: - Familiarity with attribution models and lead lifecycle or funnel metrics. - Experience in B2B SaaS. Perks at work: - Flexible and hybrid working: our Lucaflex model lets you plan your working hours and location according to your needs and professional responsibilities. - Remote work from another country: work up to 90 days a year outside your home country, supported by our partner Workflex. - Professional development budget: get dedicated time, resources, and budget to build the skills for your career path. - Structured feedback process: Lucanet Engage supports your personal and professional development through regular dialogue. - Paid volunteer days: take the time to volunteer, alone or with your team, for causes you care about. - Health and wellbeing support: access company wellbeing programs, sport subsidies, and mental health support through external partners. - Health & Sports Support Benefit: additional wellbeing support available since Lucanet doesn't provide private health insurance in Germany. - Pension support: build your retirement savings with employer pension contributions. - Corporate discounts platform: get exclusive discounts across travel, retail, technology, and more. - Paid vacation days: take 30 days a year to rest, travel, and recharge. #LI-Remote #LI-AA1 About Lucanet Lucanet is the CFO solution platform for modern finance and tax teams, automating processes from consolidation and financial planning to tax compliance, ESG reporting, and cash management.
