Benefits: - Fractional commitment of 2–3 days per week as an independent contractor, with the potential to transition to a full-time position as the workload grows. - Fully remote working arrangement with flexibility to work where you are most effective. - Compensation paid in USD. - Direct collaboration with the founding team and the opportunity to see your work reach the market quickly. - Significant ownership as the first dedicated designer, with the opportunity to shape the visual identity and design foundations of a growing business. - Opportunity to work in an emerging and rapidly expanding AI-focused market. - A fast-paced, execution-oriented environment with substantial creative autonomy and minimal bureaucracy. - An initial one-week handoff period providing context on existing materials, preferred references, and the desired direction for the brand. - Weekly priorities established with the founder, with ownership of the creative queue and execution from there. - A paid trial project consisting of a landing page section and three advertising variants as part of the selection process.
