The ideal candidate will demonstrate: - Several years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics involving physical products. - Direct responsibility for inventory, purchasing, warehousing, product availability, or delivery performance, rather than an exclusively analytical or coordination-focused role. - A strong understanding of how demand forecasting, procurement, production, working capital, transportation, and sales interact. - Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders; international sourcing and retail distribution experience are strong advantages. - The ability to design straightforward, scalable processes from initially unstructured workflows and document them for team-wide use. - A proactive ownership mindset, with the confidence to solve problems, communicate risks early, and move initiatives forward independently. - Strong communication skills in both German and English. - A master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is an advantage but not required. Benefits: - Permanent employment contract with a competitive fixed salary and participation in the company's success. - A high-impact leadership role with direct access to the founders and the ability to influence key operational decisions. - A potential career path toward Head of Operations, including the opportunity to build and lead your own team as the business grows. - Fully remote working arrangements, with a paid coworking space available in your city if desired. - A company car or JobRad benefit, depending on your preference. - Fitness benefits and additional perks. - Your choice of work hardware. - 26 days of annual leave. - 20 workation days per year within the EU. - An annual professional development budget of €1,500. - The opportunity to help scale a product with demonstrated market traction and growing retail distribution.
