Accountabilities: As Partnerships Strategy & Enablement Lead, you will build the operating framework that makes partnerships a scalable and measurable growth channel. You will combine analytical rigor, commercial judgment, and cross-functional coordination to prioritize the right opportunities, equip partners for success, and ensure that strategic deals translate into tangible business outcomes. - Build and manage a repeatable framework for evaluating partner-sourced opportunities, assessing market demand, strategic fit, commercial potential, and implementation feasibility. - Lead end-to-end opportunity assessments by quantifying deal value, expected volumes, total cost of ownership (TCO), return on investment (ROI), potential full-time equivalent (FTE) displacement, and relevant unit economics. - Develop clear go/no-go recommendations based on commercial analysis, technical feasibility, resource requirements, and strategic priorities. - Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize high-potential deals and accounts, maintaining a shared pipeline view that enables partners and internal teams to act on aligned priorities. - Create and maintain partner enablement resources, including pricing guidance, qualification criteria, sales playbooks, demonstration materials, onboarding processes, and deployment documentation. - Design effective partnership structures by defining responsibilities, commercial terms, revenue-sharing arrangements where applicable, handoffs, service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational workflows. - Work closely with Sales and Deployments to coordinate account priorities, sequence implementation activities, and move opportunities from signed agreements to live deployments. - Establish and maintain a single source of truth for partner pipeline data, opportunity status, priorities, and next steps. - Run regular operating cadences with partners and internal stakeholders to review progress, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment on commercial and operational objectives. - Identify opportunities to improve partner performance, streamline collaboration, and make the partnership model more repeatable and scalable. - Demonstrate ownership, sound judgment, and urgency while maintaining high standards of execution, communication, and customer experience. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a structured, analytical, and commercially minded professional who can evaluate complex opportunities, communicate recommendations clearly, and coordinate execution across multiple stakeholders. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, making decisions with imperfect information, and building scalable processes that help partners succeed independently. - At least 3 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, partnerships, or a commercial or go-to-market role involving analytical ownership and decision-making. - Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills, with the ability to size markets, evaluate deals, build financial models, and translate complex or incomplete information into clear recommendations. - Practical understanding of commercial metrics and business cases, including TCO, ROI, unit economics, and operational efficiency. - Strong strategic judgment and prioritization skills, including the confidence to recommend against opportunities that do not justify the required investment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align leadership, sales teams, deployment specialists, and external partners around shared priorities. - Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset, particularly when managing ambiguous requirements and multiple opportunities simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure prioritized initiatives progress toward delivery. - Professional fluency in both Spanish and English. Nice-to-have qualifications: - Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-growth B2B, enterprise SaaS, or AI company. - Previous experience building or managing partner and channel programs, including partner enablement, co-selling, revenue-sharing models, or certification initiatives. - Familiarity with Latin American enterprise markets, particularly Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil, and their partner ecosystems. - Sufficient technical knowledge to assess deployment and integration feasibility, including APIs and system integrations. - Experience with CRM and pipeline management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Notion, along with spreadsheet-based financial modeling. - Exposure to enterprise industries such as logistics, telecommunications, financial services, or other operationally complex sectors. Benefits: - Competitive salary complemented by equity participation in a high-growth startup. - Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage. - Remote work arrangement based in Mexico. - Significant ownership and autonomy over projects, with an environment that encourages initiative and rapid execution. - The opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of engineers and builders working on enterprise AI solutions. - Exposure to ambitious enterprise partnerships, complex commercial opportunities, and innovative AI-powered operational systems. - The opportunity to contribute directly to the development and scaling of a growing partnerships function. - A culture that values accountability, craftsmanship, kindness, focused execution, meritocracy, and first-principles thinking. - Backing from established investors, providing a strong foundation for continued growth and innovation.
