At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. Lyft Urban Solutions (LUS) creates bikeshare programs that riders love, cities need, and operators value. Experience: - 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in an HR business partner or generalist role supporting managers directly. - Working knowledge of Quebec employment law and experience applying it in practice. - Professional fluency in French and English, written and spoken. - Solid experience handling employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management and exits. - Experience supporting both salaried, corporate employees and hourly, frontline and / or site-based populations. - Experience in a company going through integration, restructuring or significant growth preferred. - Comfort with HR systems (Workday or similar) and using data to support recommendations.
