Using a proprietary AI-powered approach, Antenna connects subscription activities with real consumer viewership to provide services, studios, and creators with an unmatched, market-wide view of subscriber behaviors to better understand acquisition, retention, and engagement. At Antenna, we're building the standard for how the entertainment industry understands its subscribers - and none of that happens without a team that runs well. We're looking for a People Ops Coordinator who will own that foundation: someone who sees a scattered process and wants to build the system that fixes it, who treats a new hire's first week as seriously as their onboarding metrics, and who takes pride in being the person people can count on. The role extends beyond People Ops, too; you'll provide coordination support to our co-founders and help keep priorities moving across the company more broadly. This is a chance to shape how People Ops and company operations work at an early-stage company. You will report to the VP, Ops.
