Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai is building the AI platform where legal work gets done. In just over two years, we've grown from zero to €25M ARR, and today more than 20,000 legal professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria rely on Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai. We're backed by $73M from Left Lane Capital, Base10 Partners, and Eurazeo, and we're a team of around 300 builders who move fast, say things straight, and own each outcome. Our next goal? Become Europe's most-used legal product. WHY LEXROOM http://Lexroom.ai? - Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe. - Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition. - Deliver Meaningful Results: Your contribution will directly influence how legal professionals work—faster, clearer, and more efficiently. At Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai, we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you’ll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world. ROLE You’ll own the product for two distinct but connected areas: one of our core AI product surfaces (such as legal research, drafting, practice workflows) and one of our international expansion markets across Europe. That means doing the discovery work to understand what law firms actually need, shipping features that move retention and depth of use, and helping figure out what Lexroom means in a new market, from corpus coverage to onboarding to positioning. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your area: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration. - Run discovery: user interviews, behavioral data, support signal — enough to know what’s worth building before you commit the team. - Turn insights from users, data, and internal stakeholders into a clear, actionable roadmap, and keep it up to date. - Write specs that engineering can build from without a follow-up meeting, define user stories, and manage the backlog. - Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and legal engineers to ship simple, high-impact features. - Drive international expansion work: competitor analysis, market fit assessment, localization gaps, go-to-market coordination with sales and marketing. - Own launch quality: brief stakeholders, define success metrics, close the feedback loop with sales, marketing, and customer success after shipping. - Track what matters. Not vanity metrics — activation, retention, feature depth. Run experiments and use data to inform decisions. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 2–4 years as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or early-stage startups. - You’ve shipped high-quality features end-to-end in fast-paced environments and can point to the outcome, not just the output. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; confident working with product metrics. - Comfortable working from ambiguous signals: you can turn a messy interview or a confusing data cut into a clear hypothesis. - Fluent in English — both markets, both stakeholders. Italian language is a plus. - Structured thinker. You write clearly, prioritize explicitly, and push back when something doesn’t add up. - Self-starter attitude: you take ownership and don’t wait for permission. - AI-native PM: you are able to build a working MVP using AI coding tools. - Familiarity with product tooling (Linear, Figma, Notion, June, any analytics platform) is fine; we care more about judgment than tool fluency. Bonus if you have: experience with legal tech, enterprise software, or a previous international market expansion. WHAT TO EXPECT - Scope: You’ll own a product area from day one, not assist on someone else’s roadmap. - Team: Small squads, fast feedback, direct access to the founders and CTO. Rewarding Your Contribution We value excellence and share success: Annual Salary Range: €45,000 – €80,000+ depending on seniority - Stock option package: Your hard work will directly contribute to—and benefit from—our success. Benefits That Matter - Hybrid Work: Flexibility to balance remote work with in-person collaboration at our Barcelona office. - Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to ensure peace of mind. - Meal Vouchers: Daily support to make your lunch breaks easier. - Performance Bonuses: Rewards tied directly to measurable results. - Team Retreats & Off-sites: Dedicated time to connect, collaborate, and spark bold ideas. AT LEXROOM http://Lexroom.ai, AMBITION MEETS DISCIPLINE AND PURPOSE. We're not just building a product—we're setting a new standard for the legal world. If you're ready to contribute to something lasting and meaningful, we'd love to hear from you
