Our team provides pediatric PT, OT, ST and intensive suit therapy. We have a school on site, No Limits Academy which is a not-for-profit school that provides innovative education to children with complex physical disabilities. Job Duties & Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to generate referrals. -Educate potential referral sources about our services and the benefits of pediatric rehabilitation. -Coordinate and manage the referral process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients. -Track and report referral data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. -Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. -Front desk duties including patient check-in, collecting payments, answering main phone line. -Assist scheduler to create and confirm daily appointments. Qualifications: -Previous experience in a referral or outreach role, preferably in a healthcare setting. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Passion for helping children and families.
