AI-augmented operating model We expect every member of the marketing team to use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen and equivalents) as a force-multiplier for research, copy variants, creative iteration, competitor teardowns, ad concept testing, localised content production and reporting.
