You understand that good regulatory coordination depends on accurate records, careful handling of information and early escalation. You also recognise the boundaries of a coordination role and know when a matter needs to be referred to an authorised legal, risk or compliance decision-maker. About you: - Expertise in risk, compliance, legal, regulatory or governance support, ideally in Australian financial services with experience maintaining registers, workflows or matter-management systems. - Experience preparing regular management reports, dashboards or status updates with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines. - Clear written communication and confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels. including strong Excel and Microsoft 365 capability. - Integrity, discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive information. EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL, BUT IS NOT ESSENTIAL - Exposure to ASIC or APRA requests, breach reporting, regulatory engagements or incident processes. - Familiarity with Protecht or another governance, risk and compliance platform. - Experience in wealth management, superannuation or investment platforms. - A qualification in law, commerce, business, risk or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
