SoSafe has the ambition to become the leading human risk management provider in Europe. Our award-winning awareness platform triggers behavioural change by providing effective and engaging training and simulations on cybersecurity and data protection. Cybercrime is costing the world >$10 trillion annually and growing by 15% p.a. - we invite you to be part of the solution! ABOUT THE ROLE Every month, something new reaches our field teams from Product, Product Marketing and Marketing: a new use case, a fresh sales narrative, a campaign, a product update. Too often it arrives as a Slack post or a long deck, and sellers never really pick it up. As Revenue Enablement Manager, Just-in-Time Enablement, you own that last mile. You are the front door between the teams who create news and the teams who use it, and you make sure every launch reaches Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships across Europe at the right time, in a format they can use in their next conversation. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Run the launch intake. Be the single entry point for PMM, Product, Marketing and others who want something to reach the field. Prioritize with clear criteria so sellers aren't overloaded. - Own the field release calendar. Keep one view of what's coming, when, and for whom, shared with creators and sales managers. - Turn launches into what sellers need. Shape each release into: what's new, who it's for, why customers care, how to talk about it, and how to handle the likely questions. - Coach the creators. Brief PMM, Product and Marketing on what the field needs and review their materials before they go out. When the input is raw (specs, messaging docs, long decks), write the enablement content yourself: short, clear and practical. - Deliver just in time. Pick the right format and moment: a 20-minute live session, a short recording, a one-pager, a talk track. Not so early it's forgotten, not so late it's useless. - Make it stick. Run practice sessions, give managers simple talking points, and check that sellers can explain the new thing in their own words. - Check it landed. Track attendance, usage in calls and deals, and rep feedback. Share what you learn with the creators so the next launch is better. - Keep one home for launch material. Everything findable in one place with an owner and a review date; retire what's outdated. - Hand over to curriculum. Work closely with your colleagues in the revenue enablement team, who fold a launch into the regular training once it is no longer new. Agree what moves over, when, and in what form, so nothing is built twice. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: - 5+ years in revenue enablement, product marketing, sales training or a similar role in B2B SaaS, ideally at a scaleup. - Experience rolling out launches, messaging or campaigns to sales teams, with examples you can share. - Ability to explain a product use case or sales narrative simply, and to spot what a seller really needs from it. - Strong stakeholder skills: you can say "not this month", ask for a 3-slide version of a 40-slide deck, and keep the relationship strong. - Well organized: you juggle several launches at once and hit dates. - Clear writing and confident live facilitation. - Hands-on with LMS, AI, video editing tools, a CRM and call recording tools, and a habit of using data to check adoption. - Fluent English and German. NICE TO HAVE: - Background in product marketing or product management. - Experience with security, compliance or HR-related products. - Familiarity with a structured sales methodology such as SPICED or MEDDICC. HOW SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: First 30 days: learn - Meet the leads in PMM, Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. Learn how launches reach the field today and where they get lost. - Review the last 3-5 launches: what reached the field and what stuck. - Agree which upcoming launches come first and who owns what, intake process and readiness gates. Days 31-60: set up and pilot - Start the launch intake and a first field release calendar. - Take 1-2 launches through the process, writing the enablement content from the raw input. - Agree with the Curriculum team how a launch moves into regular training once it's no longer new. Days 61-90: prove and adjust - Run 2-3 launches end to end; sellers can explain each one in their own words within two weeks of release. - Collect feedback from reps, managers and creators, and fix what slowed things down. - Share first results with leadership (reach, use in real calls) and a plan for the next quarter. WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH: - Reports to the Head of Revenue Enablement. - Product Marketing and Product, who own the narratives and use cases. - Marketing, who run campaigns that sellers need to follow up on. - Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships leaders and frontline managers, who receive and reinforce the message. - The Curriculum team in Revenue Enablement, who take over launch content for the long-term training programs. - Revenue Operations for tools and data. What we offer*: - Work/Life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation days, and parental leave support - Wellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, Corporate Discounts, Wellbeing & Fitness Benefits - Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet-ups - And the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, an individual development budget, dog-friendly HQ *Perks and benefits listed above are for full-time employees and may vary slightly by office location. These are just a sample — you'll learn more during the interview process. About Us At SoSafe, we’re on a mission to make the digital world safer by addressing the human factor in cybersecurity.
