About Pendulum: Pendulum is on a mission to help people improve physical and mental health by creating a new category of products that target the microbiome. We are researching, developing and commercializing a novel class of rationally-designed Live Synbiotics (probiotics + prebiotics) that have demonstrated utility in addressing conditions like metabolic syndrome, inflammation and neurodegeneration. Pendulum has created a unique discovery platform that utilizes genome sequencing and advanced computational approaches to identify novel, proprietary bacterial strains that augment key functions within the gut microbiome relevant to the respective disease state. We are a highly collaborative team of scientists, engineers, physicians, manufacturing professionals, and marketing specialists interested in improving human health by leveraging the latest research from diverse fields, such as microbiology, molecular biology, high-throughput genomics, distributed computing, pharmaceutical development and nutrition. We believe strongly in an individual’s transparency and strong communication to enable the most effective and efficient path to team success. If you’re interested in building a new category of products that will help improve the lives of people globally and you love working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, collaborative, inspiring environment, please continue reading! The Opportunity: We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to drive the day-to-day operational engine of Pendulum's Revenue Operations team, ensuring every channel runs with precision and accountability as Pendulum scales. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations, this person will own the execution and operational infrastructure across Amazon, third-party marketplaces, retail, MAP compliance, and our growing HCP (Healthcare Practitioner) sales channel. You will drive cross-functional alignment, support building scalable processes, and ensure that each channel operates with precision and accountability as Pendulum scales. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equally strategic and hands-on - comfortable designing systems and getting into the details to make them work. What You'll Do Amazon & Marketplace Operations - Own day-to-day Amazon channel operations including catalog integrity, listing maintenance, content updates, and case management, ensuring a best-in-class brand presence on the platform. - Lead promotional planning and execution across Amazon and third-party marketplaces: manage deal submissions, coupon activations, Lightning Deal requests, and post-promotion reporting. - Monitor inventory health, partner with Supply Chain on demand planning inputs, and proactively flag stockout or overstock risks to leadership. - Drive the operational launch of new marketplace channels, building onboarding checklists, managing item setup, and configuring platform portals from initiation through go-live. - Own product listing quality across third-party marketplace platforms, ensuring content accuracy, pricing alignment, and brand consistency at scale. - Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across listings and fulfillment workflows to drive channel efficiency. MAP Compliance & Unauthorized Reseller Enforcement - Own MAP compliance and unauthorized reseller enforcement programs across all online channels, ensuring consistent price integrity and brand protection. - Manage Trackstreet and internal monitoring tools to proactively identify violations across platforms, maintain enforcement logs, and report on compliance trends. - Lead seller outreach and remediation efforts, coordinating directly with unauthorized sellers and escalating to legal or platform partners as needed. - Develop and maintain enforcement SOPs and escalation frameworks to ensure a consistent, scalable approach to MAP and reseller issues as Pendulum grows. - Partner with the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations and legal team on policy updates, platform enforcement actions, and strategic decisions related to brand protection. Retail Operations & Partner Execution - Execute the full operational workflow for retail partner onboarding, including completing new item setup forms and managing retailer vendor portals. - Process and track purchase orders across retail accounts, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment in alignment with retailer requirements. - Maintain up-to-date records across retailer portals, item catalogs, and compliance documentation for current and future retail partners. - Support cross-functional coordination between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain on retail execution needs and timelines, flagging issues to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations as they arise. - Serve as a day-to-day operational point of contact for routine retailer and wholesale partner inquiries, coordinating responses internally and escalating as needed. - Follow and help maintain SOPs and playbooks for retail operations, flagging opportunities to improve or update processes as new partners are onboarded. HCP Sales Operational Support - Partner with the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations and HCP Sales leadership to build the operational infrastructure required to support and scale Pendulum's Healthcare Practitioner channel. - Design and implement systems, workflows, and tools that enable the HCP sales team to operate efficiently — including order management processes, partner onboarding workflows, and sales support documentation. - Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure HCP-specific operational needs (pricing, fulfillment, materials) are met and scalable. - Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks within the HCP channel and develop solutions that enable the sales team to focus on growth rather than process friction. - Build and maintain SOPs and enablement resources that support a consistent and professional experience for HCP partners. Who We’re Looking For Required - 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or a related multi-channel operations function. - Demonstrated experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, including catalog management, advertising programs, and performance reporting. - Strong analytical skills — proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Databricks, or similar) strongly preferred. - Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional workflows, SOPs, and operational infrastructure in a fast-scaling environment. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously and drive them to completion. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and external partners. Preferred - Familiarity with MAP enforcement tools (e.g., Trackstreet) and unauthorized seller programs. - Familiarity with EDI systems, vendor portals, and retail partner onboarding workflows. - Experience supporting or building operational infrastructure for a B2B or HCP/medical sales channel. - Experience in consumer health, wellness, or CPG industries. - Exposure to cold-chain or refrigerated product logistics. What Success Looks Like In the first year, success means that: - Amazon, marketplace, and retail operations run with high reliability — minimal compliance issues, clean catalogs, and consistent performance reporting delivered on time. - The HCP channel has a clear operational foundation: defined workflows, reporting, and support infrastructure that allows the sales team to scale without operational friction. - MAP compliance is proactive, not reactive — violations are caught early, enforcement is consistent, and brand integrity is protected across channels. - New marketplace and retail partners are onboarded smoothly, with cross-functional teams aligned and execution hitting milestones on schedule. - The Sr. Director, Revenue Operations can rely on this role to own execution across channels, surface issues proactively, and bring solutions — not just problems. - You are recognized across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing as a high-accountability, operationally excellent partner.
