This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales and Revenue Operations Manager based in Canada. This is a high-impact opportunity to become the first dedicated full-time operations leader supporting a growing B2B SaaS sales organization. You’ll own the systems, reporting, forecasting, and processes that turn commercial activity into predictable revenue. Your work will span ARR reporting, deal desk operations, contract-to-cash workflows, territory planning, quotas, and GTM technology. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to create scalable processes and reliable business visibility. Because the role sits at an early stage of the organization, your decisions will directly influence how revenue is measured, how sales teams operate, and how leadership evaluates performance. You’ll have significant autonomy to build, automate, improve, and establish operational foundations that can scale with the business. This remote-first role is ideal for a hands-on RevOps professional who combines analytical rigor with strong execution and a builder’s mindset.
