About the Role WorkWave is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to help turn Sales Enablement priorities into organized, scalable, and well-executed programs for our growing sales organization. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role will serve as the program management and execution engine for the Sales Enablement function. The Program Manager will have significant responsibility for seller onboarding while also supporting ongoing training, Skill-Ups, Sales Plays, GTM and product launches, Sales Kickoff, manager enablement, and other strategic programs. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who loves making things happen. The right person can take an initiative from idea to execution, create structure around it, coordinate multiple stakeholders, facilitate when needed, keep timelines moving, and ensure programs don't end when the meeting does. As WorkWave continues to build its Sales Enablement function, this person will help establish the processes and operating rhythms that allow the team to scale.
