Als (Junior) Sales Executive bist Du vom ersten Tag an vollwertiger Teil unseres Vertriebsteams und berichtest direkt an den Team Lead Sales. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören: - Kundeneinbindung: Kontaktiere unsere KMU-Kunden telefonisch, baue eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung auf und begleite sie durch den gesamten Kreditantragsprozess. - Pipeline-Pflege: Bearbeite kontinuierlich qualifizierte Leads aus unserem CRM (Salesforce) und halte Deine Sales Pipeline im Fluss. - Vertrauen aufbauen: Erkläre unseren Kunden die verschiedenen Finanzierungsoptionen unserer Partner verständlich und überzeugend. - Finanzierungsexpertise aufbauen: Lerne den Kreditmarkt von Grund auf kennen und entwickle Dich zum Experten für moderne KMU-Finanzierungsprodukte. - Partner-Schnittstelle: Unterstütze bei der Abstimmung und den Abläufen mit unseren Kreditpartnern. - CRM-Datenpflege: Halte Kundeninformationen in Salesforce stets up to date. - Teamkultur & Learning: Nutze den Austausch im Team, um täglich dazuzulernen, und teile Deine eigenen Best Practices. Das bringst Du mit: - Erste Erfahrung: Idealerweise 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Kundenservice oder nachweisbare Erfolge in Studentenjobs/Praktika mit Kundenkontakt. - Kommunikationstalent: Du hast Spaß am Telefonieren, kannst aktiv zuhören und besitzt ein exzellentes Gespür für Menschen. - Wachstums-Mindset: Du bist hungrig darauf zu lernen, nimmst Feedback dankbar an und willst Dich persönlich und fachlich weiterentwickeln. - Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Du behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick und arbeitest ergebnisorientiert. - Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende, verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
