Decile Group (https://decilegroup.com) is the leading agentic platform for fund administration. Our AI-native infrastructure lets emerging managers launch, run, and scale a VC fund without the overhead that used to make it impossible. We just closed three record-breaking quarters in a row. Hundreds of managers have launched on our platform, and the pipeline keeps accelerating. Every fund admin platform your prospects have heard of was built before the agentic era. They run on manual reconciliation, junior staff, and siloed systems that don't talk to each other. Their clients get slow K-1s, surprise invoices, and a back office that runs like it's 2015. Decile was built differently. One data layer across legal, compliance, treasury, accounting, and LP management. AI handles the heavy lifting. Ultra-senior staff on every account. K-1s delivered in March when everyone else is still working on theirs in May. Institutional-grade operations at emerging manager scale. Your prospects are out there funding AI companies. Their own operations should run like one. Decile is built for 2026 and beyond. That's the story you get to tell. Scam Warning VC Lab and Decile Group never conduct hiring interviews via chat, and we will never ask candidates to send money, purchase equipment, or share financial information. Scammers may impersonate real employee names. If you are contacted about a role outside our official channels, do not engage. Scammers may impersonate real employee names. If you are contacted about a role outside our official channels, do not engage. The role You own a territory. You find emerging fund managers, show them what a modern fund operation actually looks like, and close them. Full sales cycle, no handoffs, uncapped commission. The product line runs from Start Fund for first-time managers to full migrations for funds ready to move off legacy platforms.  We just closed three record-breaking quarters. The market is moving our way. What you will do You will be on the front lines of a genuine market shift. Every day you are talking to GPs who are running their funds on platforms built before AI existed, paying too much, getting too little, and in many cases not even knowing a better option exists. Your job is to find them, wake them up, and bring them over. You prospect hard, get GPs on the phone, and show them what it looks like when a fund runs the way the companies they invest in actually run. You own the full cycle from cold outreach to signed contract. No committee, no handoffs. When you close, you close. What we are looking for You know the VC and emerging manager ecosystem. You understand fund structures, what GPs actually deal with day to day, and why a back office that runs badly is a real problem. You are genuinely agentic. You build your own pipeline, use every tool available including AI, and figure out what works without waiting to be told. You have probably been a first sales hire somewhere or built something yourself. How to Apply: We’re seeking exceptional sales performers with venture capital experience who are ready to make an impact. Even if you don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply if you’re excited about our mission and believe you can excel in this role. Please submit your resume and a brief statement (200 words or less) explaining why your venture capital experience makes you uniquely qualified to drive Decile Group’s growth.
