Help make the world more hospitable The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that’s just as inspiring as the people behind it. At Mews, we’re transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences. You’ll work with smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. You’ll have autonomy and the trust to make good decisions and move quickly. And you’ll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we’re building. If you’re motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you’ll feel at home here. About the role Let's get into the specifics. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it into a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this: As a Senior Sales Manager at Mews, you will own a territory—and own it at scale. You have 3+ years of proven quota attainment, and you've demonstrated ambition to grow and take on increasingly complex challenges. You will close larger deals, build scalable playbooks, and serve as an ambassador for sales excellence across the team. Mews powers 15,000+ properties across 85 countries. In 2025, we processed nearly $20 billion in transactions. In 2026, we raised $300 million in Series D funding at a $2.5 billion valuation. We are approaching IPO. The market is global, the product is unmatched, and the territories are genuinely winnable at scale. The question is whether you are the person to own a territory and lift the entire team's standard. What you would do - Full ownership of a territory with quota targets, closing deals (€5,000+) - Strategic territory growth planning: building 2-3 year plans, not just quarterly targets - Working with Multi-stakeholder deals - A pipeline built from outbound prospecting, with strategic account planning and targeted expansion - Mentoring and coaching of Sales Managers—not just your own discipline, but their development - Thought partnership with commercial leadership on scaling motions, team development, and market strategy - Representation of the sales team across cross-functional initiatives - Use AI to redesign how your territory and team work, not just how you personally work. Build an AI-powered territory analysis framework your team follows. Create deal-coaching workflows that scale your mentoring. Actively question what AI gives you and know when to abandon an output. AI Fluency Level 3: You've redesigned how your territory and team work using AI, not just how you personally work. You've built approaches other Sales Managers follow—whether it's an AI-powered territory analysis framework, a prospecting workflow that uses AI to prioritize accounts, or a deal-coaching process that scales your mentoring. You actively question what AI gives you, push back when it's wrong, and know when to abandon an output entirely. At IC3, you're thinking about how to multiply yourself through AI and through your team, not just how it speeds up your own work. For more information on AI fluency at Mews, please refer to AI Fluency at Mews: A Comprehensive Guide for Candidates on Confluence. What you would bring - You have 3–5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with 3+ years of full-cycle closing - You have achieved 100%+ of quota in at least 2 consecutive years, proving sustained performance at scale - You have diagnosed and fixed market-level problems—not just closed deals, but rebuilt territories or built new motions from scratch - You know your numbers—ARR targets, attainment rates, deal progression, pipeline metrics. - You can map your growth across roles: where you started, where you peaked, and why you moved on. You're ambitious about your own growth and you seek out bigger challenges and higher complexity. You move strategically to environments where there's genuine room to expand and where you can keep leveling up - You build scalable playbooks and mentor others—Sales Managers come to you for advice - You have a 2-3 year territory vision and can break it into actionable strategy - Track record of territory turnarounds or market expansion from zero - You understand what drives you. You tie compensation to personal earnings ambitions and growth opportunities - AI Fluency Level 3 or equivalent: you've redesigned how work gets done using AI, built approaches others follow, and actively question AI output UK £52,000—£65,000 GBP Pay Transparency at Mews Salary ranges are provided in good faith and reflect current market conditions and internal pay structures. Different perspectives make better ideas, stronger products and a more welcoming company. We also believe transparency is important when deciding if you're the right fit. Mews is an ambitious, high-pressure environment of continuous learning and high standards. Success here requires resilience, adaptability and a willingness to solve difficult problems. A few things that define how we work: - High autonomy means high responsibility. People are expected to take ownership and drive outcomes. There isn’t a detailed playbook for everything, and that’s part of what makes the work challenging – and rewarding. - Change is constant. We’re growing quickly and adapting as we scale. Teams, processes and priorities continue to evolve, and only people who stay curious and agile will thrive. - We’re remote-first, not relationship-free. Flexibility is core to how we work, but strong relationships still matter. Our teams are global, so we need expert collaborators and communicators to help us move forward together. - AI is an integral part of our processes. It’s not here to steal people’s jobs, but to amplify efficiency and productivity. We’re motivated to proactively use the technology to seek out better ways of working and share our findings with the rest of the company. If there's anything we can do to support you during the application process, let us know. We don't discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability or any other protected characteristic. One final thing: don't hold back. If you don't meet 100% of the criteria in this job description but you're certain you could make a big impact, apply. Everyone should have equal access to opportunities, and we're committed to providing an inclusive experience. If Mews sounds like the kind of environment where you'd thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
